Are you target driven and money hungry?

We are looking for 4 sales executives to join our fun and vibrant team working within the finance sector in sales and marketing. You’ll be working along like minded and motivated individuals in the heart of the city whilst being offered a full training program and excellent incentives.

This is a full time position offering rapid progression to a management position and on-target earnings of £30,000 per annum through a competitive commission structure with uncapped earnings.

The role will involve making sales face to face with new customers in retail areas to drive our client’s customer base. You will receive extensive sales training from the management team and mentors to kick start your sales career. Professionalism, determination and resilience are all key attributes involved in the training to assist you in customer acquisition for our clients.

Ideally you’ll already have some experience whether in retail sales, hospitality or telesales however full training is provided. Above all you will have a real desire to overachieve and progress quickly whilst being enthusiastic, communicative and professional.

Promotion and earnings are based entirely on results and performance, meaning uncapped earnings and a quick ladder to a management position for the right candidate.

We are an outsourced sales and marketing company based in the heart of Sheffield. We provide our clients with face to face customer acquisition services all across the UK, specifically within the finance sector.

Due to the rapid growth of the business we are looking for sales professionals to be selected for ongoing management training. As a junior sales manager you will start off learning the basic sales and marketing before then being cross-trained in areas such as team management, leadership, HR, recruitment and business development.

Tasks will include:

  • Setting up and breaking down sales events.
  • Introducing new customers to client products.
  • Executing sales on behalf of the client.
  • Attending workshops and sales training days.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in a customer facing role (Hospitality, retail etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and a persuasive manner
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Experience in sales, either face to face or over the phone

We are currently recruiting for multiple trainee sales assistants due to rapid growth within the business. Representing well known clients and marketing their products will be included in the day to day work, full product training will be provided.

No experience is necessary however a background in hospitality, retail or customer service would be ideal. Constant training and development in sales as well as other aspects of our business come as part of the role.

Label One is a rapidly expanding outsourced direct sales and marketing company based in the heart of Sheffield. We book event sites in high foot traffic areas to offer high quality brand awareness and customer acquisition services to our clients.

Responsibilities will include;

We invest in our own.  Our company policy ensures that everybody starts off at entry-level and moves up to higher positions from there. The role advertised is a self-employed role, therefore, earnings are based upon commissions giving you control of your own earnings.
